Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1600 Scanner

This Fujitsu ScanSanp iX1600 Document Scanner is the most flexible scanner in the category, allowing users to connect via Wi-Fi or USB. With 33% faster duplex scanning, you can get more done in less time and with ScanSnap Home 2.0 software, documents will be digitized, organized, and saved with minimal effort.

The iX1600 connects through Wi-Fi, so you can place it where you need it. If Wi-Fi becomes restricted or unavailable, you’re covered. This scanner has a secure USB connection, too.

Optimize Your Productivity with ScanSnap Home

Scan invoices, expense reports, business cards, receipts. ScanSnap Home uses the text found on your scanned documents to identify file names. Everything scanned is sorted and tagged so searches are simple, using folders and keywords.

The speed is so consistent and useful and the setup was generally the easiest of all the Canon and Brother devices I tried.

The auto-naming feature has inconsistent accuracy and sometimes results in document titles that are incorrect, but that is easily fixed post-scan.

Optimized user experience: ScanSnap iX1600 features an intuitive 4.3inch touch screen for complete end to end scanning and data utilization

Customize your preference: The scanner supports up to 30 customizable profiles; Customize the profile on the touch screen based on your scanning needs and personalize scanning icons using color, icons, or letters

Scan anywhere you want whenever you want: Wi-Fi compatibility allows you to directly connect to your smart devices or cloud services without a PC and allows for flexible placement wherever it’s convenient

Ideal for team sharing: One scanner supports up to 4 user licenses each allowing user profile and icon customizations

Stress-free usability for any users: Friendly user interface enables even the most technology-challenged users to scan and complete their tasks with peace of mind.
